The annual Lease Trak study shows the reasons people lease their vehicles. Why lease? A shift is going on that shows, for example, a growing number who say tax reasons are important. While not a large percentage, the good economy and higher income provide a rationale that we haven't seen in years. Other reasons include lower downpayment and lower monthly payment.
